What is the return policy?
International shipping introduces many challenges for returns so unfortunatley we do not allow for returns.
Important: Please check sizing and measurements before purchasing.
Payments are final.
Returns and refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photographic and video evidence of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Should I size up or down?
The hoodie is designed to have a slightly oversized fit, so I do not recommend sizing up or down.
For T-shirts, we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit and choosing your usual size for a standard fit.
When will I get my order?
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 4–16 days, depending on your country and local customs or security regulations. If your order has not arrived after 16 days, please contact us. In some cases, delivery delays may extend up to 20 days depending on location.
