Cancelation Period

Return & Exchange Restrictions
Because all Ankoku products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases. We will make it right.
Important: Please check sizing and measurements before purchasing.
Payments are final.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us: ankoku.store1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographic and video evidence of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
