We fulfill orders every day at 13:00 (1:00 PM) UK time on the business day following your purchase. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us before it is fulfilled at 13:00 (UK time).

Shipping typically takes 7–14 days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 days depending on your location or possible shipping delays.
